The UNAWAY BolognaFIere Hotel is a modern and functional property strategically located near the Exhibition Area, the Convention Center and just 2 km from the historic center of Bologna. The 161 rooms, newly renovated, are modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The hotel, ideal for events and conferences, also has 7 meeting rooms for up to 300 delegates. The external walls, then coated with Alucobond ventilated facade, was built by Jendy Joss with its own systems able to guarantee the best thermal and acoustic performance, in addition to a realization speed that allowed to terminate all exterior walls, on 8 floors only 2 months. The appropriate size of all steel structures, supported by specific structural calculations, ensures the flow of the ventilated facade and the windshield.
