The proposed solutions are realized through a single or double galvanized steel frame with increased thickness 08/10mm distanced 600mm with one in two vertical profile double, inside a single home it recommended using solutions with single frame 75/100mm, for separate different apartments or hotel rooms choosing solutions with double frame 75+75mm with primary acoustic performances.

Inside every MODULO JJ it’s inserted in factory the mineral wool insulation material for best thermal-acoustic performances; the module it’s cl0sed on both sides with high density calcium-silicate boards Universal Rock which gives very high mechanical resistance features.

The acoustic insulation for the proposed solutions reach certificated value of 63 dB.

Every module has an “interpenetration system” for fastening to adjacent module with special screws VT4.2*32, galvanized and self-tapping.

The fixing to the floors is with additional galvanized steel profiles 12/10mm doweled to the existent structure where every module will be screwed before the 13mm plasterboard application directly on UR calciumsilicate board with appropriate galvanized and self-tapping screw. The surface of plasterboard will be finished with a traditional joints shaving to obtain a surface ready for sanding and painting.
