The programming document defines short and long-term priorities as well as the necessary and necessary hands for the country’s energy and environmental protection. The text includes amongst other indications the strengthening of minimum energy efficiency standards and the extension of tax deductions for the upgrading of existing buildings. It is expected to reduce -24% of primary consumption compared to the inertial trend by 2020, exceeding the European targets of -20%, mainly through energy efficiency measures.
