All for new tax
The Decree for Development and Growth becomes law and brings with it the attempt to put order in several sectors, from incentives for cars to construction. Two main contents in the field of restructuring: 50% increase in the tax prizes for common renewal interventions and the extension of 55% for energy savings until June 2013. But we see in detail the times and changes.
Renewals: The tax rebate for simple renovations rises, as anticipated, from 36% to 50%. This amendment is valid until June 2013. Along with the deduction percentage, the spending ceiling also grows from 48,000 euros to 96,000. Quote that since July 1, 2013 will fall again below the 50 thousand. Energy Reduction: Up to June 2013, 55% tax deductions on energy-efficiency expenditure for buildings will be extended.
The ENEA is the person to submit the compulsory documentation to benefit from the deductions and plays a role of technical assistance to the users. This is a fundamental step since, as the body itself reminds us, the 55% tax deductions for energy rationalization on buildings constitute the most generous incentive system put in place by the Government to promote energy efficiency and sustainable economic development in the Italian real estate system.
