The new Berluti factory of the LVMH Group, designed by Barthelemy & Grino Architects, covers an area of 20,000 square metres, 8,000 of which are covered, and accommodates 290 people. For the external buffering and their supporting structures, the Jendy Joss building systems were chosen, particularly appreciated for performance, lightness and speed of execution.
The external facades, covered with Stamisol sheathing and exposed raw wood urching, were completed in just 3 months, with excellent thermal and acoustic performance. The steel structures, dimensioned with specific calculations, ensure wind resistance and overall solidity, in line with the high standards of the project.
