The intervention involves the construction of the first 3 of 50 single-storey terraced houses, designed with a modern architecture and excellent quality standards, both thermo-acoustic and aesthetic. Each unit has large windows, pergola and access to a common outdoor pool.
To ensure the speed of construction needed for the summer opening of the village, structural MODULO_JJ solutions by Jendy Joss were used, which allowed each house to be completed in just 2 days, excluding finishing; the whole operation was completed in 6 days.
