In San Lazzaro di Savena (BO) a building for offices and apartments for a paper factory. The building has a steel load-bearing structure with internal and external prefabricated walls in the plant using the MODULO_JJ system, known for its high thermal-acoustic performance.
In this project, the walls have already been supplied complete with a stoneware finish glued to the external plates, so as to guarantee greater speed of execution and a highly industrialized product. The whole process was managed in-plant, leaving the site only to assemble the modules, with a significant reduction in assembly times and error margins.
