UBIK 195 is a residential complex located in Padova, built in the ancient Borgo Santa Croce. The project comprises two buildings (A and B) immersed in greenery, a central square with patio and porches, designed to integrate harmoniously with the historical context.
All structures were built using Jendy Joss systems, for their high level thermo-acoustic performance. Building A houses 2 shops on the ground floor and 4 residential units with large terraces on the upper floors. Building B comprises 12 units distributed over four levels, with apartments on the ground floor equipped with private gardens and balconies or loggias on the upper floors.
