After designing and manufacturing specialized dies for the production of extruded aluminum components required for the mounting and adjustment of the Modulo_JJ, and following the relevant internal tests, the company obtained performance certification for these products.Laboratory tests were conducted at the Giordano Institute, where the components were subjected to vertical and horizontal loads—both individually and in combined vertical-horizontal configurations—with the resulting force-displacement diagrams recorded.The results were excellent, and in all cases, the aluminum components remained undeformed up to loads of 14,504 N vertically and 28,865 N horizontally.
