n. 2 Residential Buildings in Borgomanero (NO)

EXTERNAL WALLS, INTERIOR WALLS AND DRY RADIANT SCREED

Two residential buildings in Borgomanero were built with dry stratified construction systems and certified in Class A + with Energy consumptions and performance checked before, during and after the construction time. The Piemonte Region supervised this important achievement and published the outstanding results. All external and interior walls were built with highly performance features. Radiant dry screeds were also used with 24mm milled boards for inserting the Ø16 multilayer pipe, produced with very high technical features, for a very low inertia that allows the use of the system at very low temperatures. The features of this plant have been certified and tested with laboratory tests for a few months. All materials used are eco-friendly with low environmental impact and with excellent guarantees of thermal-acoustic behavior.
