PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

Floor Slab with with Jendy Joss® thermal-acoustic high-performance dry system MODULO_JJ, with “preassembled” in factory module, designed and custom-made. The floor slab has a total thickness of 249mm, excluded upper finishing, and it is ready for the screed and tiles/wood (intermediate floor slab) or waterproofing, additional thermal insulation and roof finishing (roof slab), it has linear thermal transmittance U=0.171 W/mqK, periodic thermal transmittance Yi.e=0.120 W/mqK and thermal attenuation factor 0.702. The module, width 1200mm or custom-made, are composed of a “C” horizontal galvanized steel profiles type S280GD, thickness 20/10mm, width 200mm, distance between profiles 400mm, besides rail 50-100-50mm and thickness 20/10mm oriented to the other direction for connecting the “C” profiles and to the structural dry walls where it will be “fitted” and screwed by special screws VT4.2*32, galvanized and self-tapping, internally and externally tank to suitable holes on walls for fixing and assembly. Before the module placament with “fitting” rail, it will be disposed on the wall upper special empty space an additional horizontal “U” profile 20/10mm for connecting all wall modules and pilote hole for floor slab. Steel type, section, steel thickness and distance between profiles to be confirmed after structural calculation. On the upper side to close the steel frame of each MODULO_JJ there is a OSB3 board with thickness 12mm, screwed to the metal by special screws VT4.2*32, galvanized and self-tapping. When all modules will be placed and screwed, it can be installed another OSB3 board with thickness 12mm on the first and crossed to it, screwed to the metal by special screws VT4.2*40, galvanized and self-tapping. OSB3 boards installed in this way have windbracing on horizontal floor as UNI EN 12369-1 Normative. On the lower side to close the steel frame of each MODULO_JJ there is a calciumsilicate UR12 board with thickness 12mm, screwed to the metal by special screws VT4.2*32, galvanized and self-tapping. All UR calciosilicate boards have a high density of 1,200 kg/m³ and high mechanical performance, in A1 Fire Class Reaction, with universal use, with absolutely no harmful materials and have a very low Radioactivity Index of 0.15. Inside every module there is a rockwool panel with thickness 180mm and density 70 kg/m³ for thermal and acoustic insulation. Every module has an “interpenetration system” for fastening OSB board to adjacent module with special screws VT4.2*32, galvanized and self-tapping. On the lower surface will be applied a 13mm plasterboard, screwed by galvanized VT3.5*25 directly on UR12 board and completed with a traditional joints shaving to obtain a surface ready for sanding and painting.
