PROCDUCT SPECIFICATION

Interior false wall with Jendy Joss® thermal high-performance dry system compose of a double wood frame, cover with calcium-silicate boards and thermoreflex thin insulation material, plasterboard, for total thicknes 68mm, ready for sanding and painting.
The wood frame consists of a double vertical profiles size 20/50/20mm, with distance 600mm, fixed to existing structure through appropriate dowels. For thermal insulation in the middle of double wood frame i twill be applied a thermoreflex thin insulation material with high thermal performance like 190mm of mineral wool with thermal conductivity λ=0,040 W/mK. The interior side is closed with calcium silicate board UR12 with thickness 12mm, screwed to the wood by special screws VT4.0*45. All Universal Rock® calcium-silicate boards have a high density of 1,200 kg/m³ and high mechanical performance, in A1 Fire Class Reaction, with universal use, with absolutely no harmful materials and have a very low Radioactivity Index of 0.15.
Up to interior UR12 surface will be applied a 13mm plasterboard screwed by galvanized VT3.5*25 directly on calcium-silicate boards and completed with a traditional joints shaving to obtain a surface ready for sanding and painting.
