UBIK 195 is located in Padova in a strategic position close to Prato della Valle, Botanical Garden, basilicas of Santo and Santa Giustina, the main tourist destinations of the city, with bus stop-metro within walking distance and good road links in and out from the city. The course was the access road to the city from the south identifying himself as an urban extension of the Roman road Annia connecting Padova with Bologna. In the sixteenth century the area was incorporated inside the new circle of defensive walls built by the Venetians. Until the early decades of the 1800s in the lot was sworn in on the Capuccini Convent, with an oratory, cloister and gardens that stretched up to the watercourse then existing on the east side.
