JENDY JOSS EXTERNAL INSULATION, FOR RENOVATION OR EXTERIOR REDEVELOPMENT WORKS, ARE THE BEST SOLUTION TO GET THE HIGHEST THERMAL-ACOUSTIC INSULATION FEATURES WITH VERY REDUCED THICKNESS AND WEIGHT, ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS WITH EXECUTIVE QUALITY BENEFITS AND SPEED.
The proposed solution is realized with galvanized single steel frame with size 30/75mm and increased thickness 08/10mm or what result from static calculations, distanced 400-600mm or with wooden frame 20+20mm.
Inside the steel frame, for thermal and acoustic functions, there is mineral wool or rock wool insulation material; in case of a wooden frame, is used a special thin thermal reflective product, it gives the performances of 19cm of glass wool with a very limited thickness.
The thermal transmittance values reach 0,228 W/mqK on existent 30cm brick wall and the facade acoustic insulation is ≥50 dB.
For interior finishing it can be shaving direcly UR calcium-silicate board or applied a 13mm plasterboard completed with a traditional joints shaving to obtain a surface ready for sanding and painting.
It’s possible to realize every kind of finishing from covering with tiles or wood to paper, pvc and other.
It’s possible to elaborate specific solutions for all different applications.
