ON SITE SYSTEMS

JENDY JOSS EXTERNAL WALLS ARE THE BEST SOLUTION TO GET THE HIGHEST THERMAL-ACOUSTIC INSULATION FEATURES WITH VERY REDUCED THICKNESS AND WEIGHT, ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS WITH EXECUTIVE QUALITY BENEFITS AND SPEED.

The proposed solutions are realized through a single or double galvanized steel frame with size 100/150/170/200mm and increased thickness 08/10 and 12/10mm or what result from static calculation, distanced 600mm positionated, at list in part, external to structural line.

The possible interior second frame has size 75/100mm and thickness 08/10mm, interior to structural line, it can be utilized for electrical and hydraulic systems.

Inside both frame is inserted the mineral wool insulation material for best thermal-acoustic performances.

The thermal transmittance values for the proposed solutions are included from 0,129 and 0,168 W/mqK and the facade acoustic insulation is ≥60 dB.

For interior finishing it can be applied a 13mm plasterboard simple or coupled with 30mm rockwool panel or an interior false wall, than completed with a traditional joints shaving to obtain a surface ready for sanding and painting.

For the external surface, in the case of shaving and painting, the 4mm external joints between the UR12 calciumsilicate boards will be filled with specifical product and inside fiberglass net of 165 gr/mq and width 5 cm.

In case of ventilated facade it will be applied a 110 gr/mq black vapor barrier with waterproof function also during the construction time and dark background in case of facade with opened joints.

It’s possible to elaborate specific solutions for all different applications.
