JENDY JOSS DRY SCREED SYSTEMS APPLIED ON DRY OR TRADITIONAL FLOOR ARE THE BEST SOLUTIONS TO GET THE HIGHEST THERMO-ACOUSTIC INSULATION, MECHANICAL RESISTANCE AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE CASE OF RADIANT SYSTEM WITH REDUCED THICKNESS AND WEIGHT, ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS WITH EXECUTIVE QUALITY BENEFITS AND SPEED.
The proposed solutions are realized with UR calcium-silicate boards applied on traditional or dry floor directly or with high compression resistance polystyrene of thickness 30/100mm disposed on sound mat for very high values acoustic by air and impact.
The therml trasmitttance values, related to the applications on only a traditional 24cm bricks floor, can reach 0,271 W/mqK for solutions with polystyrene thickness 100mm. On the polystirene a 12 mm Universal Rock board is applied and a further one of 24 mm, screwed together with special screws.
The UR24 boards can be provided already milled for the entering of a Ø16 mm multilayered pipe necessary to the floor heating device. It’s also possible to apply directly the 24mm milled board with right dowels on existent floor in case of inside renovation.
The floor will be applied directly over it, with adequate superior shaving, giving to the radiant floor extremely low thermal inertia with excellent conseguences on the inside water temperature and energy conservation.
Any kind of flooring can be applied: from gres to baked clay, from pvc to wood, etc…
