Jendy Joss Among the Projects Selected Through the Energiesprong Milano Call for Proposals
From November 26 to 28, Milan hosted Renovation Days 2025, a leading event dedicated to new approaches to the redevelopment of the built environment. The discussion focused on the results of the “Call for Solutions: Next Gen ERP” initiative under the Energiesprong Milano project, which aims to identify technical and construction models capable of reducing the time and costs associated with the renovation of public housing stock.
In this context, Jendy Joss’s off-site and pre-assembled dry-construction systems have stood out as concrete and immediately implementable solutions: three of the projects selected through the Call of Proposals involved the use of Jendy Joss systems, and one of these was among the four winning projects.
Launched by EDERA as part of Energiesprong Milano , Call for Solutions Next Gen ERP is a project financed by Fondazione Cariplo for the redevelopment of around 28,000 public housing units in the Milan metropolitan area . Among the objectives is the reduction of time and costs through highly innovative technical, economic, and procurement models. In this scenario, the off-site and pre-assembled dry-construction systems They have emerged as one of the key tools for overcoming the limitations of traditional renovation, especially in complex contexts such as public construction.
Selected Projects: Practical Applications of Jendy Joss Construction Systems
The Next Gen ERP Call for Solutions led to the selection of 16 projects, chosen for their ability to address large-scale building retrofits. Three of these projects involved the use of Jendy Joss construction systems—off-site, pre-assembled dry-construction solutions that meet the requirements of the Energiesprong Milano program.
On November 26, one of the projects that incorporated Jendy Joss systems was also named among the four official winners, confirming the value of these solutions not only from a technical standpoint, but also in terms of reliability, replicability, and integration into complex project workflows.

Jendy Joss Dry Systems in an Integrated Supply Chain for Building Renovation: Project I
The first project was developed in collaboration with a consortium comprising Barreca & La Varra, Archistart, United Consulting, Studio Rigone, MSC Associati, and GAD.
This collaborative effort highlighted the benefits of an industrialized approach and the ability of Jendy Joss systems to integrate into complex, multidisciplinary design models.
Off-site and Pre-assembled ERP Solutions: Project II
The second project involved collaboration with Nasini Architetti, STO Italia, GARC, Knauf, Energysave, Domodry, myGekko, ARaymond, and Reboot.
In this case as well, Jendy Joss systems contributed to the development of an efficient, replicable renovation model designed to reduce maintenance costs over the building’s life cycle.
Jendy Joss Supplies for Industrialized Redevelopment: Project III
In the third project, developed in collaboration with MAB Costruzioni, GAD Global Assistance Development, Deerns Italia, and Impresa Percassi, Jendy Joss participated as a supplier.
This is a different—yet equally strategic—approach that highlights the flexibility of Jendy Joss systems in adapting to different supply chain configurations and operational roles.
