Membership in INCO (Industrialization of Constructions)

Jendy Joss has joined INCO (Industrialization of Construction), the Italian voice for the industrialization of construction in Europe.

The INCO Association gives a voice to Italian organizations at the national and European levels on issues related to the industrialization of construction.

The association’s scope is deliberately broad: not only “off-site” construction, but everything that promotes the modernization and industrialization of the construction sector, including hybrid and flexible construction systems compatible with the Italian context, and fostering the enabling factors: digitalization, innovation, collaborative agreements, and sustainability.

INCO aims to:

  • To serve as the unified and authoritative voice for the industrialization of construction in Italy and Europe.
  • Access dedicated funds (2026–2030) for companies that adhere to the implemented guidelines.
  • To contribute to the modernization of the sector and to addressing the issue of affordable housing.
  • To serve as an advocate for a comprehensive vision of the industrialization of construction, ensuring that new European standards are not incomplete or ill-suited to the Italian context, which requires particular attention to issues such as flexibility, seismic resistance, structural integrity, and sustainability.
